Partnership models
Three ways to bring the work in
Every model runs on the same spine: arrive, notice, make, reflect, close. What changes is who's in the room and how long we have.
In-School Residency
Six to twelve sessions inside the school day or immediately after. Same group each week, same room, same time — consistency is the intervention.
Middle & high schools
Community Partnership
Delivered with youth orgs, libraries, and after-school providers. Flexible cohort size, drop-in friendly, built around your existing rhythms.
CBOs & youth programs
Staff & Educator Sessions
The same regulation practices, taught to the adults who hold the room. Half-day or full-day PD, hands on drums from minute one.

What partners see
Outcomes we track together
We agree on what success looks like before the first session, and report against it at the close.
- Young people name what they feel before they act on it
- Fewer escalations in the rooms where the work happens
- Adults report a calmer, more participatory group
- Students build a practice they can use without us

Funding pathways
How partners usually pay for it
Most programs are funded without new money — just existing lines pointed at the right work.
Title I & Title IV-A
Well-rounded education and student support funds routinely cover arts-based SEL programming.
21st Century Learning
After-school and summer enrichment dollars map cleanly to a residency structure.
Local & family foundations
I'll provide the program narrative, outcomes framework, and budget language for your application.
Let's build it for your young people.
Tell me the ages, the room, and the season you're aiming for — I'll send a scoped proposal.
